Top 20 Philippines Tech Blogs Year 2020
I was quite surprised when the founder of Feedspot “Anuj Agarwal” emailed me about the good news, I was not expecting this!
In my free time, when not busy I submitted this site for review and hoping someday I was praying for inclusion for promotion since I’m not getting enough traffic as usual.
GeekyFaust being on top is impossible, the site has undergone so many drastic changes in the past, some worth mentioning: decision making was baseless, un-measurable, unreasonable, irrelevant to the site’s over-all health structure. To sum up is the site’s security concerns too, suffering technical glitches; getting hacked, spam injection links, you can name whatever you have in mind, I got that covered too.
Changing and jumping from one web host to another, changing the site’s themes from time to time, forgetting to record and document all the settings done. It’s pretty frustrating you know! But in the end of the day, I learned managed it by myself and with some help of friends too!
So to cut the drama short!
Here are the Top 20 Philippine Tech Blogs in 2020!
Topping the list are as follows:
1. Yugatech – this one is so huge, whenever there’s a new tech review update I often consider this my top contender, detailed reviews, posts around 6-10 a day! that’s crazy I could not do this on my site.
2. Unbox PH – they just changed their theme recently and it looks absolutely gorgeous, pretty clean, and slick. Well organized too!
3. Manila Shaker – has been providing helpful and insightful content not only in the Philippines but the International audience as well.
4. TechPinas – has been around some time, ahead of me in terms of years being founded, their mantra: sharing specs and beyond in a tech informed and empowered nation.
5. GizGuide – Derived from the word “Gizmo” which means gadgets and “Guide”, the main goal of this site is to help everyone decide with your gadget needs by any means.
6. NoypiGeeks – is a tech-oriented blog, covering the latest in international and local tech news. It specializes in event coverage and gadget reviews, not to mention filtering out the abundance of tech-related stories to deliver only Pinoy-relevant tech news.
7. Technobaboy – is dedicated to delivering relevant and interesting content about the latest trends in technology, mobile phones, and tech accessories. I was mentioned here back then in 2012 ranking No. 5. Still, figuring out how to fix my web rankings back. Any help would suffice.
8. TeknoGadget – the blog was established to inform Filipino consumers about the current news and trends about gadgets and technologies.
9. PinoyTechBlog – started by a dozen bloggers from various sectors of the IT industry in the country with the goal to provide an alternative coverage on technology news in the Philippines.
10. urbantechnoobs – tech news, guides, and reviews by noobs for noobs.
11. PinoyTechSaga – is a techie person and an avid gamer. main goal is to share up-to-date information regarding smartphones from Philippines and International, some tips on computers and the internet, reviews on games such as online games.
12. PinoyTechnoGuide – it was founded on April 2012 with the mission to provide helpful information about the latest technology news, specs & reviews of gadgets such as smartphones, step-by-step tech guides and even pricelists.
13. Tech Pilipinas – is a digital lifestyle blog focusing on the latest happenings in the Philippine technological scene. We cover a myriad of topics such as computers, gadgets, software, mobile apps, social media, startups, telecommunications, and many more.
14. Jam Online – is a technology blog based in the Philippines. Jam Online brings you the latest technology news and gadget reviews.
15. WalasTech – is a new tech-focused portal in the Philippines that mainly covers technology, transport, and lifestyle topics. These include devices such as smartphones, laptops, wearables, app software, and telecommunication companies. 19. Tech Patrol – is an ultra-active technology blog based in the Philippines. This blog is making rounds of the tech industry and defines a no-nonsense digital lifestyle for Filipinos.
