2 Valid ids Deped/School ID, PRC or any government-issued IDs.(with 3 specimen signatures)
3. Personal DepEd Email – for verification purposes
4. 1 Year In Service as Regular or Permanent – this could issued by a service record and a written notice as regular or permanent employee signed by your School Head, or School Principal.

Hello. I need to.onow more about thos details. Apparently my sister applied for loan from chinabank and she’s a teacher. She renewed her loan on feb 2021 and unfortunately she died on aug 9 2021. I want to know more details about the insurance since no one from the bank wants to answer any question about it.
