OPPO also took the opportunity to announce exciting news that demonstrate its further commitment to local consumers by establishing the Asia Pacific Center at the heart of the ASEAN region in Malaysia, making it the fourth region operation center after Gurugram, Dubai, and Düsseldorf.

“With the support of ASEAN countries, we can fully utilize our advantages in technology, design, production and retail to drive economic growth and create more jobs. As we are stepping into the 5G era, we are building an intelligent connectivity ecosystem as the next driving force to strengthen the local development in the region,“ said Jimmy Yi, President of OPPO Asia Pacific.

Going forward, OPPO has ambitious plans on attracting more international talents, strengthening the strong partnerships with local electronic retailers and network carriers in the region to bring the business forward.

Working hand-in-hand with ASEAN countries is an effort to expand horizons and diversify in order to continue innovating within fast-paced market trends.
