I received a short message service (sms) message coming from Dulce, and plurks ringing up with updates with regards to this awesome health regimen. The badminton packs were complete in the lineups we met at Wheels n’ More Drive – J.P. Laurel Ave. Bajada – We had Andrew, Lyle, Brendel, Miah and Chattee joining! Let the Badminton Battle Begin!!!
As usual I began warming up by stretching my arms and legs we played around one (1) and half (1/2) hour/s. I burned around 535 calories according Andrew’s post
I remember having this badminton few years back and I’m happy it’s been revived again after such a long slumber – I Got Fat!
With this new health regimen I hope I’ll make it a health habit on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Playing badminton is indeed fun! – I sweat it out all over, I felt my sweat dripping from my forehead and my shirt soaked wet all over – enough to fill a mug full when wanting to squeeze my shirt out and wring it dry!
It’s a healthier me isn’t it?
I hope sooner or later thoseĀ flabby tummy will be shaven off for good!
I’m dreaming of having an abs that girls will drool for (kidding!)
