Converge expands domestic footprint to boost fiber power in Luzon.

With this roadmap, Converge aims to deepen the penetration and network reach in the existing markets, as well as expand in untapped provinces especially in North Luzon. Staying committed to improving the quality of end-to-end fiber services in Luzon, Converge has fortified its network to provide high availability for its internet services while ensuring low latency. The company has officially launched its high-speed fiber broadband services in the key provinces of Nueva Vizcaya, Isabela, Ilocos Sur, Ilocos Norte, and Cagayan in Q2 of 2021.

Subscribers in these provinces can now enjoy high speed boosts of up to 800 Mbps at their preferred set time, either Day or Night, with FiberX Time of Day plans. Switchers from other internet service providers are offered with no cash out and 50% off on their monthly recurring charges for 6 months.
“We are expecting more subscriptions in the coming months as we are going to commercially launch in more locations in the second half of the year. The company is set to open 12 new business centers in key cities of Luzon alone in the coming months, including Tuguegarao, Santiago, Vigan, and Laoag. Converge also targets to deploy additional 10 mobile business centers in Luzon in the second half of the year.
