I thought for awhile that SOPA was a singular word for SOPAS – a chicken soup recipe with macaroni elbows.

SOPA – stands for Stop Online Piracy Act – a proposed bill that allows owners of intellectual property to block and disable any website that they consider infringes  on their intellectual property.
