Google PageRank Update December 31, 2009 – January 1, 2010
First PageRank Update March 31, – April 1, 2010
Second PageRank Update June 30, 2010 – July 1, 2010
Third PageRank Update December 31, 2010 – January 1, 2011
This data is based upon previous Google PageRank Updates. Google, in the other hand updates its PageRank four (4) times a year.
Mark your calendar on these schedule or check your google toolbar (make sure have installed it) on your supported browsers.
The next PR update for 2010 will be on March 31, 2010.

I am really surprised we have not seen the July 2010 update yet. Looks like it will be late this round. I am noticing a few back-links appearing in Google search. This is a good sign of an update, but when is the question. I believe it will happen possibly within a week.

I think guesses wouldn’t work this time. Lets just keep checking and wait. All the guesses for July update, are going wrong so far.
It is believed that the next PR update will be between 31st July and 5th August. It’s the 31st of July today…
May be they are skipping one since its already August…

I lost page rank on the last google update so i was looking forward to the update the end of july. But its the 4th of August now with no sign of the update at all.

@Nimala: Nope, August 8th 2010 still no Pagerank updates. Hopefully they update it soon, it’s way overdue already. Some minor changes (penalties and recoveries) in July but the big update hasn’t happened yet.
I’m guessing it should be any day now, I noticed Alexa just recently updated their quarterly stats (their amount of backlinks shown) for some of my sites. Hopefully Google will follow soon too.
In my opinion Google should update Pagerank at least once a month. What’s the big “secret” it’s not like backlinks are onpage info which can easily be modded so why try to hide true PR value? Hopefully an alternative PR system comes out which updates faster and forces Google to upgrade their PR on a more regular basis.
Pr is not updated from last four month why it is so. there are two minor updates happens.
11 august and no pagerank update yet. does anyone knows if google will update the pagerank any more.
I don’t know what is going on with the delay in PR updating. I have been waiting since the end of June hoping that PR will update soon. Now it is August 12, and I am still sitting at a PR of 0. I recently switched to a new domain, and had PR on my old, but it hasn’t updated on the new yet, despite quite a bit of quality link building. I wish they would hurry and update it already.

There has been an update of pagerank, it was in early July. But it was a minor update, so your website has properly not been updated this time.
My Seo Friends Say’s that Google Page rank will update between 17-20 AUG is this right.

Still no PR update here. It would not surprise me if Google release a news article to say that PR is no more. IMO it dont mean nothing and my site has recently hit the no 1-10 spots for a lot of competitive keywords and is only shown as a PR1 as it was created just before the first update however it should be around 4-5 now IMO.
Hope it will happen this August, I had been waiting since July.

Organic search results and page rank are 2 totally different things, Optimization on key words can be a crap shoot(what competitive keywords are you using and what is your site?) Reason for me saying is keywords are becoming less important with sites that are higher in content
Page rank has to do with link popularity which can be accomplished through relevant back links not where your results show in organic searches. So do you have more than a thousand “relevant” back links to your site yet?

So, I guess the update for mid year is already done. How come my websites notice no change?

Well, glad to hear it’s not just me. Thought Google bypassed my site as my PR hasn’t changed and is still in the basement. Knowing that Google hasn’t updated it yet still gives me hope.
