A six-color LUCIA EX pigment system is available on both printers. The inks are all pigment-based, making it exceptional for water resistance and color fastness. With the iPF6410SE and the iPF8410SE, users can expect quality and productivity as the printers have two ink tank sizes to make the process swifter. Printing can also continue even if the tank runs out of ink due to the sub-ink tanks installed, and this also allows the main ink tanks to be replaced even when printing.
The iPF6410SE comes bundled with a free copy of Canon’s PosterArtist Lite software, which allows easy poster creation in just four steps. The PosterArtist Lite comes with features such as the image correction function, which lets users correct their image colors swiftly, as well as cut out selected areas of an image. The two printers also come with a Print Plug-In for Office, which allows the users to design, preview, and print from Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
