Room rentals are on the rise too!. To share my experience I had with this, from a personal view and standpoint – honestly! – I love to rent small places, wherein I can stay! For this reason, I often change address! Not because I’m trying to be practical – but I try at least to save some money when it comes to transportation, imagine the traffic stress!
Hopefully to get at least a dream house or home that I can truly own and live in on it.!
It’s been nearly a decade or two (2), since the Covid-19 Pandemic, and things have changed! Not to mention – staying and working from home! on the other hand, worked pretty well for remote-related jobs in the technology sector
For the record, from 2011 to 2022, I’ve been relocating, and transferring from one place to another! is challenging! I’ve been renting vacant rooms of my choice not because I’m cheap but, the reason for this is – I’m always on the go! I’m saving up for something else! – perhaps owning a house!
One of my reasons for moving out that often is – Things that I consider is the security of the place! Not to mention – I love enjoying the silence! – I can’t blame noisy neighbors since they are all part of the universe of sorts!
So the best thing I could do is try to be cordial and approachable to them!. In some other way or another, I try to help maintain order in the place where I’m staying! – I try to clean my mess more responsibly as compared to my neighbors who do more than the opposite, at any time I try my very best of showing the ways to be more courteous to others! – by becoming responsible by cleaning up the mess! – but I guess, it’s hard to please them on the other hand!
In conclusion
Covid-19 may be the worst thing that ever happened! But I tell you it’s also the best opportunity for things to happen!
Folks and people learn to be more health-conscious – washing their hands much as often as taking a bath? – alcohol bottle spray ready and hung along with your waist strapped.
Social distancing – was observed along with a facemask, this one was kind of awkward since it would be difficult to greet one another! Not because of the muffled voice caused by the facemask but no one could really great in a manner one would do.
Businesses closed down – this is the most awful part of the Covid-19 pandemic, several businesses shutdown and suffered losses along the way – some in other way or another came up with a creative idea of – doing deliveries, that’s where the grab, food panda, and other food delivery service came in! so do other e-commerce businesses which took advantage of this by storm! – some thought of this as a loss!
But other businesses on the other hand found this an opportunity to provide service around the globe! It’s no wonder why Amazon and other e-commerce sites are on the top list of online stay-at-home deliveries! – convenience and the tip of your fingers!
