Digos City residents are required to register to start from the age 18 to 65 years old and above. For visitors, you can use other QR code apps from Davao del Sur and South Cotabato to avoid hassles in traveling in those areas!

4. South Cotabato CCTS
Region XII contact tracing system is a joint project by South Cotabato, Province of Sultan Kudarat, Province of Cotabato, Province of Sarangani, General Santos City, Municipality of Jose Abad Santos – Davao Occidental, Province of Davao del Sur, City of Bayawan – Negros Oriental, City of Passi – Iloilo, Bacolod City, Antipolo City, Manapla – Negros Occidental, City of Cadiz – Negros Occidental, Bayombong – Nueva Vizcaya, City of Himamaylan – Negros Occidental, Pilar – Surigao del Norte, Butuan City, and Silay City – Negros Occidental.
Citizens can register as a citizen or establishment to get started.
The website also serves as a resource for downloading the contact tracing system card.
They inform first time users with its usage along with its data privacy act, faqs, and contact numbers.
On the other hand, simple user queries are answered directly with summaries of Covid-19 cases.
And the app is available in the google play store.
In public and private establishments, there’s an option to enable you to scan the QR code on the site with your android phone.

5. Malungon Tracking Data and Control
The tracking system for the Covid-19 website offers three (3) buttons to choose from. Either register as Resident, Non-Resident, and Establishment
It has an explainer video for explaining the need to register and among others.
In addition, the site also hosts an android app available for download for mobile phones.
Enter all your details the QR Code Download is available requiring only your registered mobile number for OTP verification.

6. Trace and Protect Action Team – TAPAT – City of Gensan
Individuals or business establishments with CCTS, MDTC, Cotabato QR, register here.
For self-registration, download the KoboCollect open-source app, watch the video on how to use the KoboCollect here.
Those with no on hand-carry of the above-mentioned QR Apps.
Register first, take note and list the details.
Proceed with a follow-up registration. Fill-up all necessary travel details.

7. Cagayan de Oro – HIGALA APP
The Higala App collects the personal information of clients and visitors to monitor foot traffic entering a certain service entity.
The consolidated data will be used for emergency purposes for contact tracing.
Register as Personal for individuals, Establishment, Office for client visit in the office share the same similarities with the establishment registration. Please follow the Instructional videos that can be found here.

8. Province of Surigao del Norte – SSCT Subay App
e-Health Pass from the Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte. Register as Person, fill-up name, and address, health declaration.
The process Register Establishment, verification is done thru the phone using the contact number provided, and instructions will be sent on how to use the mobile app a QR code reader.

9. Agusan del Sur – ADS Covid19 QR Code Generator
Fill in the Basic Information for individuals.

Below the site’s menu, a drop-down list of business establishments for guidance, and reference.

10. Stay Safe – Stay Healthy Philippines
The stay safe mobile app is a community-driven system.
Featuring advanced COVID-19 mitigation, contact tracing, health condition reporting, and a social distancing system.
The system informs users to keep social distancing within communities with COVID-19 cases.
The mobile app use protects individual health conditions without disclosing their identities and sensitive information to the public.
Gives tips on what to do with COVID-19 symptoms.

IGACOS – Island Garden City of Samal – register for a new QR code ID, fill in all necessary details for Samal Resident, and Non-Resident.
Official Business visitors’ QR code is only active on entry to Samal and will be automatically deactivated/blocked upon exit from the island. Also, you need other documents; like travel order indicating the address in Samal, Company ID with Government Issued ID indicating residence.
